Angie Burns joined the Profit First Professionals Homebase team as a Guide in October 2018; however, she has been a member of Profit First
Professionals since June 2017. Angie came to Profit First Professionals with 10 years of banking experience and 6 years of Controller
experience for a multi-location medical practice.
Angie lives in Michigan with her husband, Chris, and their dog, Max.
Businesses at different levels have different challenges, and I’ve worked in companies ranging from small “Mom and Pop” shops (working for my
parents) to large corporations, including helping my husband build and grow an IT company from the ground up.
I’ve seen and been a part of a lot of groups and organizations, and I pull from that experience to help you, no matter what level your

Billie Anne Grigg joined Profit First Professionals as a member in September of 2015. She was one of the first Profit First Professionals to
join the Mastery program, and she leveraged her membership to grow her bookkeeping business to more than triple the size she ever thought
possible. Billie Anne became a Profit First Guide in August, 2017.
Billie Anne lives in Oklahoma with her husband, Mike, their three children, and way too many dogs, cats, and guinea pigs to name.
I believe incorporating Profit First consulting into your firm is the number one way to move your business from compliance-based services to
the high-level advisory services all business owners need…whether they realize it or not. I love sharing my experience doing just that with

Erin Moger has been a Profit First Professionals Guide since 2015, shortly after Profit First Professionals launched in Mike Michalowicz’s
basement. Erin grew up as a child of an entrepreneur and has experienced entrepreneurship in a different light because of it. She earned her
degree in accounting because she saw this field as the way to help small business owners succeed.
Erin lives in New Jersey with her husband, Patrick, their two children, and a number of frogs and lizards.
My experience as a Guide has sharpened my understanding of the nuances each business experiences as they implement Profit First and as they
grow a Profit First consultancy. This goes so far beyond understanding accounting as I learned it in school. I provide you and the other
members I guide with accountability and encouragement in each phase of membership – from Profit First implementation onward. Helping you
succeed is my mission!

Liz Szporn became a Profit First Professionals Homebase Guide in December of 2019. Liz is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with
over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of financial success and strong leadership skills. She co-founded Leaderally, a
professional development organization dedicated to educators, where she produces content and curriculum for online and in-person workshops.
Liz lives in New Jersey with her husband, Noah, their three children, and their dogs, Bruce and Banks.
I have a passion for education and leadership development, and I love achieving large goals. I use these passions to help support you and our
other members by creating effective processes, developing your teams, and creating delivery systems for your Profit First consultancy. I also
have extensive experience with social media content, marketing, strategy, and curriculum development, and I’m happy to help in these areas,
too!

Rachel Werner joined the Profit First Professionals Homebase team as a Guide in February, 2024. She comes from the world of personal finance
and has been a Ramsey Preferred Coach since 2017. Rachel is also a former elementary teacher.
Rachel lives in Wisconsin with her husband, John, their two daughters, and their dog, Maci.
Coming from a teaching background, I’ve always had a passion for helping others learn and grow, especially when it comes to managing
finances. It can all feel complicated, but it doesn’t have to be! Finances touch everything we do, and getting it right opens so many doors.

Ron Saharyan is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Profit First Professionals. Ron has over 20 years of experience in managing
organizational growth and built multiple companies in the staffing industry prior to launching Profit First Professionals.
Ron lives in New Jersey with his wife, Mary, and their daughter.

Mike Michalowicz is the Co-Founder of Profit First Professionals and the author of Profit First. By his 35th birthday, Mike had founded and
sold two multi-million dollar companies. Confident that he had the formula to success, he became an angel investor…and proceeded to lose his
entire fortune. Then he started all over again, driven to find better ways to grow healthy, strong companies. Mike lives in New Jersey with
his wife, Krista. They have three adult children who visit regularly.
I devised the Profit First strategy to ensure that any company that uses the system experiences profitability from their very next deposit
forward. As the “mouthpiece” for Profit First Professionals, I am committed to spreading the Profit First message to business owners around
the world…business owners who want to work with YOU and our other members.
