Stan Mork is the President of the Information Technology Alliance (ITA), the leading independent membership association of mid-market technology professionals, consultants and product/service providers in North America. Prior to becoming the President of the ITA, Stan spent 28 years as a technology consultant and Principal at McGladrey LLP (now RSM). During his tenure at McGladrey, he provided IT advisory services to clients in the areas of technology assessment and strategic planning, application software evaluation, selection and implementation, IT governance, IT due diligence, temporary CIO services and business continuity planning. In addition to his work with the ITA, Stan also continues to provide IT and business consulting services to clients through his private consulting practice, Mork Consulting LLC.
Stan is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. Stan was named one of Accounting Today’s Top 100 Most Influential People in the Accounting Profession in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 and has held certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor, a Certified Business Continuity Professional and a Certified Computer Professional.
