Dana Staszkiewicz is the Co-Founder of The Opus & Golds Group, where she supports trades businesses in scaling, selling, or transitioning leadership. Her firm also partners with select companies through equity participation to ensure long-term success. Previously, as GM/COO of All Hours Plumbing, Heating, and Air, she led the company from $12M to $20M in under three years and managed its successful sale in 2023.
Dana’s diverse background includes leadership roles in advertising, corporate retail, and client relations with Fortune 50 companies. She now actively mentors women business leaders through dedicated groups and hosts The Trades Accelerator podcast to empower women in the trades.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her fiancé, spending time with family, and giving back to the community.
