Jamie Shulman is the cofounder of Hubdoc Inc., a software company in Toronto that is helping automate small business accounting and bookkeeping.

Jamie is a recovering lawyer and a repeat entrepreneur.
Prior to Hubcoc, Jamie cofounded Sparkroom, a software company focused on marketing automation, which was purchased in 2010 by Nelnet Inc.
Prior to that, Jamie practiced law at Torys LLP in Toronto and Wilson Sonsini in San Francisco, specializing in corporate finance for technology companies.
Jamie graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in International Relations and also holds JD & MBA degrees from the University of Toronto.
