Rachel Bernier-Green is the founder and CEO of the Economic Justice Consortium (EJC), where she transforms chaotic small businesses into profitable powerhouses through her fractional CFO and COO expertise. A former Big Four accountant with KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers and holder of a master’s degree in taxation, Rachel combines world-class financial acumen with real-world entrepreneurial experience as a serial social entrepreneur.
She previously founded and scaled Laine’s Bake Shop, a nationally recognized social enterprise that created quality employment opportunities for returning citizens while sourcing from regenerative farmers. Rachel’s work has been featured in major publications, including The New York Times and the Chicago Tribune.
She currently serves on multiple advocacy councils, including the Small Business Majority’s National Small Business Advocacy Council.
