Charles E. Chuck McCabe is Founder, President and CEO, of Peoples Income Tax, and previously Director of the H&R Block Mid-Atlantic and New York City Regions overseeing 225 offices through 21 district managers. Chuck graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a B.S in Management & Social Sciences from Adelphi University and earned an Executive M.B.A. degree from Pace University. He is a national speaker and author on tax practice management and has taught at several colleges. Chuck is founder and CEO of The Income Tax School, which licenses tax school systems to tax firms and provides e-learning nationwide, and he manages the popular LinkedIn Group, Tax Business Owners of America. Chuck is the author of a 2017 book titled, Guide to Start and Grow Your Successful Tax Business, Foreword by Roger Russell, Senior Editor at Accounting Today.
